Dirt Happy

When was the last time you were barefoot on the grass? Or the last time you dug in the dirt with a stick? Do you remember how good that felt?

It turns out that the microbes in dirt, especially dirt under grass, had the same effect on our brains as anti-depressants. Mother Nature has built in mood enhancers right in her soil. So let’s honor her, get out there, and get dirty!

CAUTUION: Playing in dirt and rolling around on the grass is extremely fun and highly addictive!
